* Test papers will be uploaded at 10:00 AM on the scheduled test date.
* You must submit your answer sheet within 48 hours of the paper being uploaded to be eligible for evaluation.
* Answer sheets submitted after 48 hours will not be evaluated. This helps us maintain a fair and timely evaluation process for all aspirants.
* If you submit your paper on time, you will receive your evaluated answer sheet with detailed expert feedback within 4 working days.

Terms & Conditions

• PDF Subscriptions under any subscription of Sunya IAS: There will not be any refund provided for the subscriptions which contains PDF Files.

• Hardcopy Notes of any kind published by Sunya IAS: There is no refund on hardcopy notes as students are requested to order these notes after looking into the samples.

• Test Series: Refund will be available only within 12 hour of registration. Post that, no refund shall be processed.

• Video Courses: There will not be any refund provided for the video courses.

• Offline Courses: Maximum 50% refund can be claimed within 48 hours of registration. Post 48 hours, no refund shall be provided.
